The art of Coffee Craftsmanship

At the Goodlife Academy, we have everything necessary to train your staff into great baristas under one roof. We recommend two full days of courses to become a Goodlife connoisseur. You will learn what it takes to prepare a great coffee, including : everything about your coffee beans, origins, roasting, grinding, tamping, extraction and milk magic.

Topics: The history of coffee (culture, processing, geography, specificities ... ), the roast (equipment, profiles, sampling, trial...), the cupping, the extraction, manual or automatic, slow brew or high pressure and milks, cow and vegan.

The roastery will be closed from 23 December to 2 January inclusive. The last deliveries will be made on Friday 22 December at 11am, but to ensure delivery before Christmas, please order before 11am on 19 December. Happy holidays :)
